As my heart dripped with love,
He kept walking away...
As my eyes hurt with longing,
He kept walking away…
As my voice went hoarse, calling him,
He kept walking away…
Had he turned and looked,
He’d have seen that my Life followed him..
Unaware was He,
He kept walking away..
While my emptiness stared..
My life and him..
Together, they both walked away…
